1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Welling Insights website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Professional Services
Welling Insights provides technical project management, offensive security, digital forensics, and OSINT asset tracing. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any engagement will be explicitly defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Confidentiality & Privilege
We recognize that our services often involve highly sensitive corporate, legal, or pre-litigation data. All engagements are subject to strict confidentiality. Where applicable, our forensic and intelligence work may be structured to maintain attorney-client privilege when engaged directly by outside counsel.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welling Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our consulting services or findings.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
